I read the other reviews and am wondering if someone wrote their own review.We used this AC tune up service through our home warranty but I had to wait 2 weeks just to schedule a tune up on Saturday 5-26-18. Frank E.who said he was the owner of the company, did not call which he is supposed to do so. He just showed up. Our tenant was home fortunately and she told us that Frank E (owner) said we needed 2 lbs of a new dual run cap and Freon which is very expensive because home warranty only covers $20/ lb and we have to fork out $130/ lb. Well, I called the Home warranty to see if they received the invoice for the TUNE up service done 5-26-18 to show diagnostic readings. 1 week later and still no invoice. Frank asked for a $260 check out of my pocket to get this Freon topped up. He was going to come to my house until when I told him I am about 1 hour drive from the rental. I told him, I have a check ready and will send it if he promised to take care of the problem immediately. Conversation was at 12:54pm on Wednesday 5-30-18 and he promised he was going to do it ASAP as we get off the phone. Over 5 hours plus later , Tenant text me there was no show from the AC guy. I got suspicious and called the home warranty again. They still didn't get any invoice from Sysko. So I decided to call my own AC guy who isn't contracted with the HmWarranty co. Met up with our AC guy Kris on 6-2-18 (1 week later) who gave us a second opinion on the diagnostic findings. He said the Dual run cap was tested fine even under a load. He also checked the freon level and said it was good.
So, Frank if you're reading this remark-- you get what you put out! You freaking Dishonest person to try to rip off Seniors! You reap what you sow and may it come back in full circle!
