I submitted their online New Patient Appointment request and never received any kind of response. So I called the following week, listened to the phone tree, and then sat on hold for five minutes listening to a recording telling me the fastest way to set up a new patient appointment is to use their online New Patient Appointment request form, to which they'll respond in one business day. After sitting there, I got a message that they were sorry they couldn't take my call and to leave a message. I left a message asking someone to call me to schedule a new patient appointment and you guessed it...I still have not heard back anything from this place. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise, I suppose.
