The last couple of weeks we discovered the yummy breakfast sandwiches that they make here. They do both bacon and sausage on biscuits with egg and cheese. They are so good. Unfortunately the poor customer service has finally outweighed the yummy sandwich. The last two early mornings that I went in to pick them up there were none out. So I made the mistake of asking the unpleasant woman behind the counter if they had any. She bit my head off and said they will be out at 6. I said well it's 6:12 and she snapped back that she would get them out as soon as she could. Well then don't say they will be out at 6. Right?
Every other Friday morning I go in early and I pick up a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a few groceries and then I get $100 in cash and head home. The usual gentleman working the checkout is awesome. He is friendly and fun and efficient. But today I experienced the other end of the spectrum with Martha.
I brought my purchases to the front and told her I would be taking out $100 in cash. She said oh I can't do that you need to go to the service desk. After standing at the service counter for a solid 5 minutes a very nice lady came up but could not give me cash without a purchase. I explained that I had purchased several items but that Martha could not give me cash and while I was waiting for her to figure out how to get me my cash I asked why after months of getting my cash every other week why suddenly I could not do it. I was told that Martha had "decided" to be difficult today. That is the last straw for me. I will drive further to safeway and or frys. I will miss the breakfast sandwiches but this store has at least two unpleasant unhelpful people there in the morning and I am tired of being treated badly while trying to spend my money. Bye bashas.
