  • So after raving about Pai after my first visit, I was frustrated and disappointed by their lack of customer service. I called 3 times over the course of the past few days in order to make a reservation and never received a call back to confirm or even acknowledge my messages. A restaurant as popular as this, which can't even confirm a lunch reservation for 2 definitely loses huge points in my opinion. I'd rather go to Khao San Road.
