I go to New Orleans a lot and been to most restaurant there for many years it's hard to find one focused on authenticity but I kept trying till now. Found one! What a great surprise to find this gem in sumerllin north of Vegas, the ettouffe is spot on as is the red beans and rice try the fig tart with caramel ice cream for something different. Excellent! I'm a retired corporate exec chef and pastry chef traveling the country for 40 years. Trust me on this one.
