:| Nowhere near top compared to the many other ramen restaurants nearby. The interior is sad, dark, and has an old vibe, they should do a bit of renovation at this point. Menu selection is small, and all the descriptions sound very similar and not that delicious to begin with. Prices are decent for a few at the beginning $8 but their portion sizes are way smaller than the ones reaching up to around $14 which is a bit overpriced for ramen. Service is quick.
I got the king of king shoyu ramen. Broth was hot which I enjoy but it really does taste like soy sauce mixed with water and that's it. Cha siu wasn't too good, it was tough and didn't have the layers of thin fat in between. Soft boiled eggs had a decent cook, would've enjoyed them more if they were runnier. Overall, very little toppings compared to the amount of noodles which were pretty good. I tried a bit of my friend's nagasaki seafood ramen. Her broth was a lot richer and creamier with a hint of seafood flavour. I tried a mussel and it was big in size.
