| - Eh, leaves A LOT to be desired
First, the was mixup with the room, then slippery bathtub, then running toilet, all at $299 /night to $199/night - for that price, go stay anywhere else and the value for price would be better.
After bathtub and toilet issues, I contact front desk to express dissatisfaction. They said they can relocate me to a different room and to meet the hotel staff in front of the new room. I waited by the door 20 minutes - staff was a no show. Also, the room they tried to relocated me to after a night of no sleep was right beside the elevator-imagine the rest you can get in there! So I guess its good the guy did not show up. But I did not appreciate them wasting my time. No apology was given at any time.
It is very convenient if you are going to the concert and is very central, but if there is a concern and you are there not for that but for business, your room will vibrate from base and sound until concert is done, which is about around midnight. Overall, not suitable to business travelers at all.
