  • I LOVE Heinen's! I started shopping at Heinen's a few months ago when my boyfriend decided to go on a gluten-free diet for some health issues he was having. Besides having a dedicated gluten-free aisle and and a gluten-free freezer section they also have these awesome little signs throughout the store that mark individual foods as gluten-free. If you call the customer service department at Heinen's you can set up an appointment for a tour of the gluten-free offerings they have to offer within the store! In addition to having a great gluten-free section, they also do a great job of catering to those people who like to eat organic food as well. Heinen's also has an awesome produce section. They always have a large selection of fruits and vegetables. I like the fact that they have a lot of different types of produce that regular grocery stores do not have. The deli, meat and seafood departments at Heinen's are top-notch! All of their products are always very fresh and tasty! In addition to these sections they also have an awesome selection of ready-made dinners, soups and salads for you to take home and enjoy! Heinen's can be a little bit on the pricey side, but if you are careful and buy the sale items and use coupons it shouldn't set you back too much. If you haven't been to Heinen's I would highly recommend that you do! You will not be let down!
