  • Filthy! Labor has been cut so much with the redesign that you walk into a trashed theater. Customers had to hunt down staff to point out the obvious... Trash everywhere! No routine cleaning between movies! Soda dispensers had not been taken apart and cleaned which is a concern. Worst of all was that myself and numerous other guests expressed concerns to the managers, there was absolute apathy! We will be going to Harkins or iPic from now on.
