  • I personally like this doctor as she is kind and comforting. However, she needs a new front desk receptionist. I had to reschedule my visit with the Dr. The front office receptionist stated that I need to pay $50 to reschedule my appointment because of all the no call no shows from all of the patient's. I call before my appointment and did not no call/no show. Also I have Medicaid and I'm still being charged. I advised that this is not fair as I was trying to reschedule before my appointment. I asked for the doctor to call me and never received a call. I believe that they trifling front office receptionist did not relay the message. So I will be finding a new doctor to assist in my care.
