My wife and I just moved to town and were looking for furniture. They were very courteous and did not pressure us to buy. The sales people seemed quite nice. However, once we purchased the furniture, we realized that it seemed quite overpriced. We opted to cancel our order, which the contract said we could do within two days, on the second day. We went back to the store and they said there was nothing they could do for us because the owner was out of town for the weekend and to talk with them the following week. When we went back on the next Monday, they said it was too late. We tried to explain that we were there on Friday within our two days, but they said at this point it was too late. They told us it would be 4 weeks for our furniture. We are now five weeks out and have already paid one payment and still no furniture. Everytime my wife has called up to this point to ask when we would get it, they say they cannot contact the manufacturer. We called today because we were fed up that we still haven't gotten it and are paying for it. We told them we would not pay another cent and they were now able to contact the manufacturer. They have told us it will be another two weeks! We have been extremely disappointed in the customer service since we purchased our furniture, which we don't have. It seems that once they get your money they stop caring about you and your products.
