| - Okay, I hate, and I mean literally DESPISE when businesses purposefully spell their names incorrectly, or use incorrect grammar, especially with regards to kids. Using "n" in replace of "and" bothers me. I get chills (bad ones) when I see Zs replacing Ss. I cringe when I see "R" replacing "are" (I don't ever, EVER support these businesses, even Babies R Us, unless I have a gift card or someone I know is registered there). The fact that I even decided to go here, much less can't wait to go back, says a LOT about this office! A friend referred me here, and I trust her. It was for my daughters first ever dental experience.
1) The office is FAR from me. However, I know that I will only be going twice per year, so who cares?!
2) Apparently my husband's work never added our daughter to our plan, so it was embarrassing when the receptionist told me that she wasn't covered. They still saw her for FREE because she's under 3 and it was her first visit. I was fully willing to pay full price! Pleasant surprise.
3) Everyone was super friendly. Everyone! Dr. Bybee was amazing with my daughter. Luckily, she was in a good mood and cooperated. He is super sweet with the kids and patient with the parents. Love!
At the end, which I'm sure is common for pediatric dentists, they let your kid pick a present from the treasure chest. Super fun. I won't go anywhere else!
