  • Came to this Costco to look for probiotic supplements. Who knew they have Costco Nazis working here. I asked one of the employees for help who then called 2 more ladies to help me. Their system showed that they carried some sort of probiotic and the quest was to locate the item. The 2 ladies, one of whom worked for the pharmacy, could not locate them. Next "Lawrence" one of the floor manager was summoned. This tall Asian man was loud, condescending and rude. In a machine gun speech manner he went on the attack: "Dont you know the brand? Is it a box? Is it a vitamin? How does it look like? How can you not know the brand when you tell me that you are familiar with Costco? I dont need people wasting my time sending me all over looking for a product... #$*&#($*&#*%" As I tried to respond to his AK-47 style questioning... he repeatedly cut me off and gestured intensely at me. Ok, Lawrence, first of all, please keep at least an arm length distance when you talk to people. You are a big guy, loud, and I dont need your saliva flying at me. Second, I do not need to know the brand of a product. I was simply wondering what kind of probiotic pills this Costco carried. I never mentioned being familiar with all the Costcos... I simply shared that all the Costcos that I've been to in the US carried them in various different brands. Lawrence did later apologize for not being able to find the product that I was seeking however, it did not salvage his initial bad attitude, aggressive demeanor, and rude speaking. Markham Costco, do not have Lawrence help, I mean, frighten another customer. He is rude, off putting, and your members do not need a lecture when shopping at Costco.
