Got a coupon in the mail advertising their new bowling equipment with two free games. Went there midday Saturday to bowl and literally half of their 18 lanes were having issues during play.
Our lane in particular had a pinsetter that would simply stop working after a while; the lane to our left kept putting down the wrong pins and eventually permanently stopped setting pin 10; the lanes to our right stopped working after every single ball thrown.
Other issues include someone's rolls getting scored as a double gutter because the pinsetter failed to set properly, lanes that simply didn't even start up when a game began, and myriad other issues.
The water fountain was out of order as well, so if you needed to top up after a few games your options were either the overpriced vending machines or the bar, if the person was there.
Won't be returning. Strike Zone at Sunset Station has never let us down... and considering Wildfire is owned by the same Stations conglomerate it's a huge surprise that the quality of Wildfire Lanes is so terrible.
