  • The staff here rock. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I've had a couple AppleCare repairs and they've met or exceeded my expectations every time I've been in. On my last visit I watched a guy just going all Justin Bieber on one of the staff members with unreasonable expectations, and the guy stayed calm and did his best to help him. The only reason it's 4 stars is that it feels so claustrophobic. This particular location is a victim of its own success, and I just can't quite bring myself to have an enjoyable browse here.
