  • The worst, I repeat the WORST company in terms of customer service, satisfaction, and punctuality. Numerous times I have had to deal with them even when I told my Home Warranty Company (AHS), to please not send them anymore! There's nothing I can do, I've had to use them 3 times and every time I have either had the plumber break a pipe and spray water, quote me the wrong estimate, tear apart my wall without properly putting it back...DONT FIND YOURSELF IN THE SAME SITUATION AS I DID. Again, this didn't happen once, it happened 3 different times! I am more than livid at this company and it's professionalism.
