  • Went in for dip powder on a sat morning. The place was completely empty. Right when I walked in the main lady seemed to be asking around to see who will be the one to do my nails. I was there for 2 hours with ugly ass nails. I kept telling them my nails were wet and bubbly. They made me wait and said it should dry. Keep in mind that this is gel powder and shouldn't take 30 minutes to dry. By this time it was almost noon and it was getting a little busy. They almost forgot about me until I got up and told them I am leaving they wanted me to wait longer for them to fix their mess but I didn't have time. They still charged me and told me come back to fix it. I did come back the next day and they tried to fix it but they still looked uneven and streaky. They gave me a gift card for the bad experience. I checked the balance and it was 5$!! My nails were sore from them buffing and using the tools on my real nails. I was very disappointed in this place and their service. I will not be coming back.
