Not recommended. Here's what to expect at Riverdale:
1. This so-called 'hospital' will be DIRTY. The facilities are dilapidated, there are un-patched holes knocked in walls where piping comes through in some rooms, etc. and cleaning/organization takes a low priority.
2. You will be promised affordable services, but once you're there will be charged insane amounts. $180 an x-ray, for example. "We need more tests" is the sign that you have to stop the vet right there and start demanding hard figures from them. And btw, it seems vets are happy to charge you through the nose simply to confirm through imaging what they already know from direct observation, so be wary.
3. They're too busy/overloaded/understaffed to deal effectively with your animal. I would not leave my pet here overnight--those boarded on site seemed pretty miserable, even for sick animals. I imagine this clinic being such a filthy, profit-mongering place has a lot of turnover in vet techs and other staff.
There are plenty of vet clinics to go to in this city--stay away.
