  • An unusual combination of laundromat, drop off dry cleaners, water and ice, ice cream and coffee shop,smoothies, Hawaiin shaved ice snow cones , and just a bit more. 5 gallons great tasting purified water @ .30 a gallon plus tax, came complete with friendly energetic service on the water, coffee, ice cream and snow cone side. Smallish laundromat with drop off dry cleaning occupies the other side of very-blue, painted cement block modest sized commercial building just north of Thunderbird on west side of 35th Avenue. The building looks a little tired but it's clean, and I'd go back for the personable service I received yesterday.
