  • I had an easy and above average experience with Sewall (the technician) and Southwestern Auto Glass! They made the coordination very easy, Stephanie (office admin) was always polite and quick to return phone calls. During my installation, my rear-view mirror was broken. Sewall had never broken a review mirror in his career; Southwestern bought and installed a new factory mirror! The replacement mirror was well over $700 from the Audi dealership. I am happy to recommend them to anyone after taking such ownership and exhibiting this high level of professionalism. Thanks! Caleb
