My dad bought me a pair of iPhone earbuds from here to surprise me after someone stole the ones that came with my iPhone 7. The problem was the worker didn't even bother to ask my dad which ones he wanted, so they sold him earbuds with an auxiliary connector when mine requires a lightning cable. I drove over to the store a few days later to either exchange them for lightning cable earbuds or get the money back, but I had to wait outside because the worker opening the store showed up nearly ten minutes late. When I explained the issue, the worker said it happened because they didn't even carry lightning cable earbuds. What kind of store specializing in cellphones doesn't sell the most popular cellphone's earbuds? Anyways, I told him that it was okay and I would just like a refund. He said that I couldn't return the aux earbuds because of issues with people swapping it out with their old ones. I assured him I didn't open them because I had no use for them, then showed him my receipt and told him to tell me where it said I couldn't return earbuds. He told me it wasn't on the receipt because it's a new policy. He proceeded to convince me to just exchange it for a lightning adapter which I told him is what I've been using and don't want to use anymore which is why my dad attempted to buy the new earbuds for me. He examined the earbuds that I brought in and said he would just order the lightning ones for me to exchange them with and to call back the following Tuesday to see if it would be ready for pick-up. I call back the following Tuesday and was told they didn't pick up their mail yet and to call back in a few hours. I call back in a few hours and was told they didn't receive the earbuds. I call back the following day and was told the order still wasn't received. I keep calling back every few days and keep getting told the same thing. Two weeks later, I complain that I've been calling about an order that no one seems to care about and the lady asks for my phone number and tells me that she'll personally contact me when they get a pair of lightning earbuds in. Over two months later, and I haven't heard anything from them. I ended up giving the earbuds to someone else, and my dad spent $27 on something that costs $5 anywhere else.
