  • Our new Cleaning Lady brought up the fact that one of our Dysons wasn't suctioning very well. We attributed that to her being new, so I humored her by telling her that I would have it looked at. I contacted Dyson support via their Toll Free # at 6PM Arizona Time. Lo and Behold, they answered the phone, attempted to diagnose the issue, then directed me to this Service Center. The CSR also informed me that my Dyson was still under warranty, and my repairs would be covered. I was already impressed, and this was just the beginning. I navigated to this desolate office complex in North Phoenix, where the only Dyson Service in town resides. Typically, Dyson has other contracted 3rd party service centers. However, Phoenix has only one service center. Or at least that is what the CSR told me over the phone. Upon entering the place, I was immediately greeted by this very friendly gentleman who promptly asked how he could assist me. I informed him that the suction power of my Dyson was inadequate. He took it to the back, and a few minutes later, he returned and stated that I would need a new clutch, hoses, and a brush bar. And he also cheerfully noted that it was all covered under warranty, with no out of pocket expense. He handed me the service ticket form to fill out. Upon completing the form, I handed it back to him, and he informed me that it would take about 2-3 business days, or sooner for them to get this taken care of. That was around noon, that particular day. At 3:56 PM, I received a phone call that my Dyson was repaired, and it was ready for pick up at least 2 days earlier than I had anticipated. Upon returning the next day, I received my Dyson back. Then I took it home, excitedly tested it out, and relished the fact that it now works as good as when it was new! Such an impressive service center, and a very impressive service experience - bar none! I have tried many vacuum brands over the years. Hoover, Bissell, Kirby, Eureka, etc. etc. For awhile, having been a janitor in my early married years; I would only invest in commercial type vacuums. However, after having purchased and currently owning several Dysons; as well as, having experienced the amazing service provided by this brand, I would be remiss in buying any other! Enough Said!
