  • It's sad I can't give them 0 stars since I have 0 internet service. I was railroaded into booking with them because I wanted to get DirecTV. So after scheduling today for the internet install at 4pm I got concerned no one had arrived yet. I called in, was on hold for 15 minutes, and was then told someone was still on their way. So 3 hours later I called back because they still weren't here. Turns out I was never scheduled a time just a day and the person I spoke with earlier didn't actually check anything just provided the answer that they thought would work. So now I'm stuck without Internet and I work from home a good bit and they expect me to still pay a $65 install and set up fee. Needless to say I'm looking for a different provider already.
