  • Man, I don't know. If you're really feenin' for a greasy burger that ain't fancy, this is your place. I think I read a review where someone compared the burger to In 'N Out in California. I don't know what crack they were smoking. Chubz definitely does not give me the "In 'N Out Urges", nor does it give me the nice juicy grease of Dick's Burgers in Seattle, but it sort of gets the job done. If a really straightforward burger is what you want, with little flavor and lots of grease, come to Chubz. The fries are also super greasy and soggy, which appeals to some people sometimes - that's cool. No judging. We also tried the onion rings - straightforward, no frills, no flavor. We had a bit of a smorgasbord and tried the tamales and the hot dog as well. The tamales were good once you scraped the weird tasting chili off of them, and the hot dog was just your basic hot dog. The chili was just... weird. I like chili, and this was not what I was expecting. I don't think we finished anything we ordered actually. The cheese was less cheese-tasting, so much as it was just melted saltiness. It seems like most people dig this place, and that's cool. Maybe I'm a food snob, but I am good with Five Guys when it comes to satisfying my fast burger needs.
