| - I didn't have the option of giving ZERO stars. Otherwise I would. Still debating on whether or not to report to BBB (Better Business Bureau)
11/9/12-11/10/12 were the dates of my best friend's bachelor party. We had 14 guys in our group and we arranged to meet up with about 20 other girls who came to celebrate with us.
Started making arrangements with Kam Foo of Sienna Entertainment 3 months prior to the event. Everything up until the actual dates of the event were smooth. Correspondence between Kam and I were smooth. Payment and instructions were smooth.
When you arrive, you quickly realized that something was wrong. Below is the package that we agreed upon:
1. Limousine Rides:
Feedback - Driver was late for pickup at the airport, did not show up at the right place to greet the party. Driver did not help with bags. Very unprofessional. We were promised on 4 different limo rides. One ride was missing, neither contact was available at the time to help. We had to walk back to our hotels.
2. Strip Club:
Promised free entry and first round of shops to everyone in the party. Kam Foo called last minute to change the venue. Once we arrived. Cover was free, but there was a 1-drink minimum per guest. Each drink averaged about $20.
3. Table at XS Nightclub:
(This includes cover charges, , table reservations, Sienna Vip Hosted Entry, doorman & club host gratuities based off 14 male & 15+ female guests) - Free entry for all guests.
You will pay for your alcohol at each venue plus 8.1% Sales Tax & 22 % Waitress Gratuity)
( Alcohol in this package: $1500 Min. Plus Tax & Tip=$1,920)
Grand Total $1920.
You are paying for a Premium Concierge Service which is guaranteed in writing.
A Sienna Entertainment host will personally meet & escort you into each Venue.
We ended up paying a grand total of $2800 for the table at XS Nightclub. When you arrive at the entrance, the host tells you that the min is NOT $1500 but $2000. Then when you agree and enter they put you at a tiny table by the pool area (keep in mind this at night in November and we have 30 people in our party) that sits about 8 people. If you want to upgrade to a cabana with heater, you have to tip the host an additional $300. On top of that you have 8.1% Sales Tax and 22% tip. So your grand total comes out to be $2800.00 when you were promised $1920.00. Lastly, our 20 girls arrived about 15 minutes late (10:30 cut off). Each girl had to pay $20 to get in, even when we got our table and upgraded.
Needless to say, Sienna Entertainment has lost my business and the business of all my friends. I hope they lose your business as well after reading this review. Save yourself the stress and trouble and go with a HONEST promotion/entertainment group.
P.S. - I have been hassling with them to get some money back. Instead of solving the problem, they decided to call my bluff and discontinue all correspondence with me.
