| - Ate their last Saturday night with my girlfriend before seeing Phantom so we had show tickets that included a dinner. I was prepared to be rushed through some sort of packaged meal experience and hoped for the food to at least be decent but was surprised at what turned out to be a very nice place.
Service: excellent. One might think it's a tad slow, but frankly it was exactly the pace you get in a nice place like this. Had the house cabernet and it was actually quite excellent (but they definitely only charged a "house wine" price). Had the filet dinner. Hot roll with butter was brought, yummy. A salad was brought, kind of nicoisse, very tasty. The steak was brought, one of the better filet mignon cuts I've had, delicious sauce. The desert was some sort of pastry, I forget, but I recall eating it all and that I enjoyed it a lot. Got so comfortable that we almost ended up late for our show, but got seated in plenty of time.
The place is aeshetic, dark wood panelling, not over the top but nice enough for a casino. It's not top of the line, but it's worth wearing something better than blue jeans over.
All in all I'd say it's a great date night destination with the pricing good.
