  • No stars if I could for this horrible company. Alejandro is the WORST claims person. I was rear ended and I'm getting no help. Went to my trusted lexus dealership and got an estimate and alejandro says he won't look at it. What kind of place is this? I am furious...luckily i have my own great insurance agent that can hopefully get me some help. Bad customer service and very combative.
