  • Been coming to this location for years before moving out of state. Was in town for the holidays and needed my tires rotated before the drive home. Everything was fine until they returned my truck with what looked like a large scuff mark on the front bumper. After asking what it was they quickly denied it was them never even just saying he would talk with the tech who worked on it to see if it was him. After getting home and scrubbing they area with some elbow grease, it turned out to be tough grease, brake dust, and tire residue with a few light surface scratches. Obviously this was their doing. An easy fix but they should have checked the area or taken responsibility before just claiming it wasn't them. Not good customer service today.
