What a gift to have pastrami hash from an iconic New York deli for breakfast while hanging poolside at the mirage! (We ordered it takeout and then brought it to the pool). This hash was amazing - a huge pile of delicious, salty, juicy meat with a smattering of onions and potatoes. Unfortunately my eggs were overcooked- I ordered them overeasy (with dreams of swirling the yolk through the meat.. you know what I'm sayin! ) and they were basically cooked all the way through- which could be a product of the fact that the dish was in a closed container for a few minutes before I ate it. Maybe they could recommend customers "break" open the yolk immediately if that want that ooey gooey goodness!
