  • Best forever 21 I've been to thus far! I normally scout my items online before shopping in store, so I know what I want and I get outta there. This store was very nicely laid out, organized and but not so clean, stools/countertops were filthy with customer's drinks and stains all over it! Staff were friendly but not helpful. I asked two employees to check a size for me in a boot and without checking they both said "whatever we have out is what we have left" Okay...I understand that, but this shoe was out of place where I found it, and I wanted to make sure I didn't miss it anywhere else! I am used to F21 stores not carrying lots of their online items, but this F21 carried 90% of the items I saw online!!!!! WOO HOO! However, the ONLY con I have is: jewelry section was extremely limited. I mean only some racks of stuff.. :-/ no large sections like i'm used to seeing. I do love this OUTLET! they seem to have EVERYTHING here! I will be revisiting!
