  • Slightly overdue since my review is based off my experience from the weekend of 10/20/17 - my sister's wedding. Anyway... This hotel and casino gets 5 stars because of Donna (event coordinator), special event (e.g. cooks and servers) and front desk staff. Prior to the day of the wedding, Donna continuously touched base with my sister and my brother-in-law to make sure everything was good on their end as well as her end. The servers and action-station chefs were amazing the night of the wedding reception. Food was great for their special event, and I have to appreciate their patience. This is where I should also insert an apology for a rude guest of the wedding that apparently starved themselves beforehand - I am sincerely sorry for their behavior and lack of etiquette. The front desk staff were also amazing, dealing with large groups of our family and friends that were checking into the hotel. Almost forgot to mention the room service staff too! They were always prompt and spot-on with the food! Valet staff were awesome too, especially for helping us bring wedding items up to our rooms after giving them car keys. As for the location, it's a nice spot for any special event and stay. The rooms itself might honestly need an update, but it's still a nice property to stay at. Overall, 5 stars for awesome customer service and nice accommodations.
