  • My sister bought me a $100 gift card here and it is a bike shop I do not use. She was given a receipt for card which says nothing about no returns on gift cards. She signed no agreement on a non refundable gift card. she was refused a refund. I sent an email to the company about my complaint and request for refund for her. never got a response. I would stay away from any shop that is not honest with there customers like this one. In the end they will end up taking my sisters money and no one gets anything in return. buyer beware on this place. to many cycle shops in the phoenix metro area that wont be dishonest with there customers. I have also sent in a complaint form with the BBB. still waiting to hear anything from that as well.
