If I could I would give my current experience a zero. The customer service here is terrible and this is the first time I've ever felt like there was some sort of racial prejudice against me. I went to purchase a wig. The Hispanic lady at the wig counter was already helping another Hispanic lady. The lady tried on wig after wig and at no point that entire time was I acknowledged, or asked if I needed help. I had to initiate that I needed assistance by asking for two wigs to be pulled from the shelf . Then the store attendant went right back to helping the other lady; letting her try on a brand new wig from a bag. But the moment I ask for a new bagged wig in a different color then the one on display and try it on; I have the attendant(same hispanic lady who let the hispanic lady before me try on a wig out the bag) tell me we aren't allowed to try them on. Remind you I've been coming to this store for years and have always been able to try new wigs with a new wig cap on. And I tend to buy what I try on...Also nowhere was it posted that new wigs couldn't be tried on..The only post said "wigs must be worn with a wig cap and that they were $1 or free with the purchase of a wig" ...I was highly offended and pissed, so I quickly purchase the wig and stated on my way out that if they want to enforce that then they need to post it and tell every customer instead of being selective....Hire better help or bring back the old crew or you will lose loyal customers
