  • Doctor? Excellent. Staff? Horrible. Sets up appointments only to tell the patient they cannot be seen due to age (immunizations for child). Why set the appointment? Top it off, after checking in, waited about 30 minutes to be finally told. Waste of everyone's time and someone needs extra special training or a new job. Like the previous review, getting them on the phone is a challenge also. Decided to just drive in to make the appointment while coming home from Phoenix and decided to call shortly before arriving and finally they answered. This place needs a training stand down day. Follow up: They messaged me asking if they could assist further. I provided my contact info as requested and they never called back.
