I had two family members as patients of Dr. Woods. He does provide necessary service, but this review is about front desk staff. They are exceptionally rude! My husband was overseas and ran out of his meds. I simply was asking if he still has refills. So, the older lady just simply wanted to get rid of me and told me to call the pharmacy. and I know it takes much longer to go through my pharmacy then just simply reply yes or no on refills. After that they would answer my calls, their attitudes are not appropriate for professional behavior. Then she made me to have my husband (and he is overseas with all that time difference and difficulties to fax or email in a foreign country) to fax and email the necessary form, just to tell me that they cannot refill his meds. Seems like these people are trying to get rid of business, may be Dr. Woods is too busy to treat his patients in a nicer way. I am definitely taking both of my son and husband to a different doctor. And I agree the wait is very long, when you're there, there is no smiley faces you'll see, and they would give you very hard time with anything they can (refill, paperwork etc). Stay away from this business unless Dr. Woods changes his staff, he wont last long.
