Customer service is a nightmare. It is great when they are trying to persuade you to add money, but when anything goes wrong, the silence is deafening. I have been unable to make fixed income trades for nearly a week because of 'technical difficulties'. At least 6 emails, and more than 10 phone calls later, and no fix in sight, and no meaningful answers or responses at all, except for "we are working on it". I even had a senior customer service manager arrange to call me back at a specific time today and he failed to do so. When it works, it is an OK platform, but if anything goes wrong, forget it.
