I originally was going to to start with 5 star as Tracy was great at pointing us to what we needed. We were in and out of there in less than an hour with exactly what we wanted.
Then it came to delivery. Paper said I was to get a call 2 days prior. Didn't see that until day of delivery at 3pm wondering what is gooding on. No call. No call during day of delivery.
At 2pm I call their customer service line. Goes to voice mail. HOWEVER, did get a call back from a rep saying that deliveries are expected by 7pm.
I wait.
At 6:55, I call the Tempe store where we purchased the furniture. Delores answered and I will say she was sympathetic. She then told me that delivery was up to 9:30pm.
(sigh) Took day off work for me to be here. Have a club event which I can no longer attend. Not happy.
Here is where I give another positive star. Delores called the driver and then called me back within 1/2 hour. Delivery was at 7:30pm.
So I would do:
4 stars for showroom staff
2 stars for their customer service people as they had it all wrong for my delivery
4 stars for the Tempe (Delores) as she listened, investigated, and followed up with us.
Delivery team: canceling out the lateness, would give 5 stars as they were great about unpacking, positioning, ensuring all mechanical parts worked.
