  • Took my 2007 Jeep Commander into Firestone and mentioned it was overheating, I went home and one of the ladies tells me she has good news and that it is only a loose hose clamp. Supposedly they had checked the pressures on the jeep already and it was fine. I new it wasn't cause there was water coming out from the back side of the water pump. So they had to wait until next day to check it because there was to much water and couldn't tell where it came from. They called me back at 1 o' clock and said they had a water pump from a distributor and they were given the wrong one and they had to wait until tomorrow, didn't get my truck until 3 pm following day. I'm single dad with one vehicle and the headaches of trying to get another vehicle. Very dissapointed.
