  • The lady at the drive Thur was rude ..i normally go and always ask if they can split my venti drink for my kids into 3cups.(which everyone has always done for me) she said no they couldnt do that..she said she can give me the cups and I can do it myself.. What would have been the difference for her to do it for me?! At the end she didn't even give me my cups.. She needs to learn customer service because obviously she has None!!
