  • I was looking for a good endo doctor and found one in this practice. I go to the Chandler office and see Dr Alamir and his PA Melanie. Both are really great. Never feel rushed all questions answered. I was diagnosed with Graves and they ran all the tests and biopsies to fully check out my thyroid. I never have to wait very long. Unlike others have reviewed the front desk staff in Chandler I found friendly and efficient. I did go for an appointment at the Raintree location and while I didn't have and issues with the front desk, there was one woman (manager maybe) that was training a new employee and she was very loud and obnoxious. She was extremely rude when asked questions. The waiting room had several people and we were looking at each other, so unprofessional. I felt bad for the other front desk employees they all looked embarrassed. Since that is the first contact many people have with this practice, perhaps SHE needs some remedial training. She actually screamed at a older man trying to get copies of his records and made him sit for almost a hour, he was there when I left, don't know if the man ever got his request. I am thankful to go to Chandler and treated respectfully.
