  • I gave Babalu a second chance and it was much improved over my first visit which was when they first opened. On this visit I had the Atun (tuna), Redfish (fried), and Camarones (fried Gulf shrimp) tacos. They were all very good. They are, however, quite small and I would need at least 5 or 6 to feel satisfied, if I wasn't having desert. At $3.50 each, that can add up. Now on to desert, I had the Cinnamon Bread Pudding; it was so damn good I had to order another after I finished the first.
