  • This place is amazing! For anyone that hasn't tried cryotherapy yet, I highly recommend giving it a go! I signed up for an unlimited month pass for 300 dollars. I intend on using this as much as possible. I have a few nagging injuries that I am trying to shake and cryotherapy is supposedly incredibly effective at lowering inflammation so I figured I would give it a go. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and they have a juca cryosauna. I have never had a long wait here. I just sign in, put on a robe, socks and mittens, and then do a 3 minute freeze at -220 degrees!! It isn't very hard to grit it out for 3 minutes and you feel absolutely amazing after!!
