  • Here is what I know: I scheduled an appointment for Monday over the weekend based off of nothing more than these reviews. My rugs were nasty from my dogs and 5 kids' feet, etc - not to mention the dog smell. My wife was at home on Monday and I told her I would check in periodically to make sure he showed up and all went well. By the time I checked in, about 45 minutes after the "estimated time" for the appointment - Rocco had come, done the job, and left. Most importantly - my wife was COMPLETELY happy with the results and his professionalism. Jury still out, I came home a bit later and reviewed for myself. Wow. My rugs looked brand new. All I can say is, this company is LEGIT. Everything I could have wanted and more. Thank you so much. DEFINITELY using in the future.
