Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Reserved and prepaid for rental a week in advance. When I arrived, there were four people ahead of me and only one young lady working. after waiting over 30 mins to be helped I was told they did not have a car for me. I told them that I had a reservation and was told that did not mean anything. The manager finally came out from the back. She was even more rude if possible than her staff. They brought around a beat up dinged economy car. I told them that I had paid for full sized car. She told me to take it or leave it. I left it. I was in a car within a few minutes at Enterprise.
