| - First off, the atmosphere is intense. There are old school animatronics everywhere. The tables are shadow boxes filled with knicknacks and toys of antiquity. It seems quaint by today's digital standards but that's part of the charm.
It's somewhere everyone who spends any time in, or driving by (it's 3 minutes off the I, depending on stop lights and along the main drag of East Washington).
The food is Kosher Deli standard, for the most part. The menu style is the same as ever, which can be a bit hard to read as formatted/organized. Whether you want kugel, a pastrami on rye or whatever, the quality is solid.
If you have kids, it's even better with the carousel outside, but by no means necessary. All those little motors running means it's not the quietest location, so if you're looking for intimate conversation, this is not the place. Otherwise, give it a whirl.
