I have lived in Las Vegas for 13 years and had never managed to run across Bouchon before...it's a little hidden jem in The Venetion Venezia Tower. It's a French restaurant, so my expectations started out pretty high. I was not disappointed. Everything from the table bread, donuts, avocado toast, benedict and especially the chicken and waffle's were simply out of this world. The setting was quite luxurious and service was pretty good for a busy weekend brunch morning. If you're a local it does take a bit of effort to get all the way into where it's located, but I'm certain we'll make the trek at least several times per year considering how good it was.
