  • Will not be returning after my daughter's cuticles were destroyed with the drill. She kept telling the technician he was hurting her but he wouldn't stop. She finally just got out of the chair and was visibly upset. He showed no remorse. They lost not one but 4 customers. I go where she goes and at times I have another daughter plus my mother. I will never go back after the way they treated my daughter.
