  • I'm very particular when it comes to hotels. One thing I cant stand is a old, run down hotel with a weird smell. I must say that this hotel is far from being old, run down and having weird smells. This is a great place to stay. I stayed there for over a week for vacation and I never experienced any problems. This hotel is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I was very satisfied with my stay. While I was their it was time for the carpet, linens, and couch to be professionally cleaned. The fact that they have a professional cleaning company come out and clean all the rooms and the entire hotel "Even if it is just a couple or few times a year that they come out." That alone says a whole lot about the Hyatt. I love that they keep the hotel very clean and that it's energy efficient. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing that would've been nice is if we had a microwave in our room. Overall, my stay was great and I will most definitely be back again. Thank you.
