  • So, I was on hold with this place for 5 minutes at 9:30 in the morning. I get somebody and they ask me all my info, so I give it to them. Then they try to find a good date that I can bring my sick puppy in, but nothing seems to be a good time, we finally get a day that would work, I get put back on hold, and 5 more minutes later I get an automated voice saying that they're closed...it was 9:47AM...not to mention the lady on the phone sounded like she just woke up...
