  • This is a FIND... Stumbled in here as DW Bistro was closed on Monday... I have never been one for all you can eat Sushi. My experience was not great flavors with a lot of rice & rules. lol Well This IS Totally Different. The fish is So Fresh... The rolls are so unique. There are rolls without rice. You can order cucumber salad, mushroom balls, mussels, & a plethora of wild and X-rated rolls. There is so much to choose from and appetizers and ice cream are included in the all you can eat. This is a great find. The atmosphere is cool, clean, comfortable & Very Hip! Try it if you even kinda like Sushi:) The Female Sushi Chefs are friendly in a no talking kind of way. Seriously!!! They are The Real Quiet Women of Las Vegas! Enjoy!
